MarkupTable 1.1.2 released

With this little update, MarkupTable now natively supports Mojave's Dark Mode and no longer needs to be set manually in Mojave. In addition, the Dark Mode now extends to all elements of the application. For users of older macOS versions, however, nothing changes, they can still activate the Dark Mode as usual, if wanted, manually.

A slightly more far-reaching change are the new keyboard shortcuts for adding rows and columns. Since I have been advised that the existing keyboard shortcuts are unfavourable for non-German keyboards, I have changed them so that they should be easy to use on all keyboard layouts.

The other changes in this update can be found below in the list of changes.
